These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of goods via www.uni3dverse.co.uk. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. APPLICATION OF THESE TERMS
If you are purchasing as an individual acting outside your trade or profession, Section A (Consumer Terms) applies.
If you are purchasing in the course of business, trade, or profession, Section B (Business Terms) applies.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
SECTION A – CONSUMER TERMS (B2C)
These terms apply to consumers under UK law.
A1. Contract Formation
An order placed via our website constitutes an offer to purchase goods.
A legally binding contract is formed only when we issue a dispatch confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:
- Payment cannot be authorised
- Goods are unavailable
- A pricing or description error has occurred
If an order is cancelled before dispatch, any payment made will be refunded.
A2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£).
Where applicable, UK VAT is included in the displayed price.
Payments are processed securely via:
- Lightspeed Payments
- PayPal
We do not store full credit or debit card numbers on our servers.
Payment must be received in full before production or dispatch.
A3. Custom & Bespoke Products
Certain products are manufactured to order based on customer specifications, including but not limited to size, quantity, design, drawings, and materials.
You are responsible for ensuring that all measurements, designs, files, drawings, and specifications provided are accurate and complete.
Where design approval is required:
- Production will not begin until written approval is received.
- Approval confirms acceptance of dimensions, materials, and specifications.
Under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
Once production has commenced, bespoke orders cannot be cancelled.
Custom-manufactured goods may only be returned if faulty or materially different from the agreed specification.
A4. Right to Cancel (Standard Goods Only)
For non-custom goods, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order.
You must notify us in writing within this period.
Goods must be returned unused and in their original condition within 14 days of cancellation.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless goods are faulty.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
A5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.
Ownership of goods transfers once full payment has been received.
A6. International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, and clearance charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable for refused or unclaimed international deliveries.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or local postal services.
A7. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
You must notify us within a reasonable time and provide photographic evidence where requested.
A8. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any liability that cannot legally be excluded
Subject to the above:
- Our total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the goods.
- We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- We are not responsible for misuse of goods or use outside their intended purpose.
A9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
SECTION B – BUSINESS TERMS (B2B)
These terms apply where goods are purchased in the course of business.
B1. No Consumer Protections
The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and consumer cancellation rights do not apply to business purchases.
Orders cannot be cancelled unless agreed in writing.
B2. Orders & Acceptance
An order constitutes an offer.
Acceptance occurs upon written confirmation or commencement of production.
We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion.
B3. Custom Manufacturing
All bespoke goods are manufactured strictly according to customer specifications.
The customer warrants that all designs, drawings, files, and specifications are accurate and suitable for their intended purpose.
Approval of drawings confirms acceptance of all dimensions and specifications.
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
B4. Intellectual Property
The customer warrants that any designs or materials supplied do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
We accept no liability for infringement arising from customer-supplied materials.
B5. Payment
Payment is due in full before production unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or cancellation of the order.
B6. Risk & Title
Risk passes on dispatch.
Title to goods remains with us until full payment has been received.
B7. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates only.
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control.
B8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- All implied warranties and conditions are excluded.
- We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or loss of profit claims.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the contract value of the goods supplied.
B9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
