Refunds and Returns Policy

This policy explains your rights regarding returns and refunds when purchasing from Uni3DVerse.



1. Standard (Non-Custom) Products

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To exercise this right:

  • You must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.
  • Goods must be returned unused and in original condition.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of cancellation notice.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.


2. Bespoke & Custom-Manufactured Products

Certain products are manufactured to order based on your specifications, including size, quantity, design, drawings, or materials.

Under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

Once production has commenced, custom or bespoke orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Custom-made products may only be returned if:

  • They are faulty; or
  • They materially differ from the agreed specification.


3. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described:

  • You must notify us within a reasonable time of delivery.
  • Photographic evidence may be required.
  • We may offer repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

We may require return of faulty goods before issuing a refund.


4. International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, and handling charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If an international order is:

  • Refused due to unpaid customs charges; or
  • Unclaimed and returned to us,

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping and customs charges may be deducted from any refund where applicable.

Custom-manufactured goods are not eligible for refund once production has begun.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Custom-made or personalised products
  • Goods altered to customer specification
  • Items damaged due to misuse


6. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a payment dispute.

Where a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, we reserve the right to provide order confirmations, design approvals, delivery confirmation, and correspondence as evidence to the payment provider.
