Ordering and compatibility
Do you sell parts for different 3D Printer brands?
Yes. Uni3Dverse supplies parts, upgrades and support for a range of 3D Printer systems, including E3D, Duet3D, Bondtech, Creality, Voron, Bambu Lab, Prusa and other compatible machines.
Can you help me choose the right part?
Yes. If you are unsure which part fits your 3D Printer, contact us with the printer model, current setup and the problem you are trying to solve. A photo of the existing part or printer can also help.
Why do some products have variations?
Many 3D Printer parts depend on size, voltage, nozzle diameter, connector type, firmware setup or machine family. Please check the variation carefully before ordering, and ask if anything is unclear.
Pricing, VAT and payment
Do your prices include VAT?
Prices are shown including VAT at the standard UK rate unless stated otherwise. Uni3Dverse VAT registration number is GB436648959.
What payment methods are available?
Available payment options are shown at checkout. The checkout process is handled through the online store system, so the exact options can depend on the store setup at the time of purchase.
Shipping and returns
How quickly are orders shipped?
Orders are prepared as quickly as possible during normal business hours. Delivery times depend on stock status, the selected delivery service and destination.
What should I do if an order arrives damaged or faulty?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos of the issue, packaging and item so the returns or support process can be started.
Can I return an item?
Returns are handled in line with the returns policy. Please check the returns page for the full wording, especially for opened, fitted, custom, electrical or compatibility-sensitive parts.
Repairs and support
Can I book a 3D Printer repair?
Yes. Use the repair request page to describe the issue, printer model and any recent changes, then we can advise on fault diagnosis, servicing, calibration, upgrades or conversions.
What information should I include when asking for help?
Please include your 3D Printer model, the part or system involved, what has changed recently, any error messages, and what you have already tried. Clear photos are often useful.
